After Nintendo's revolutionary console the Wii, it didnt take long for competitors Microsoft and Sony to steal the spotlight with Kinect and Playstation move. Worry not as nintendo are back in the boxing ring. The 'Wii U' is set to be hitting homes before Christmas 2012.
Nintendo has scrapped the old and rundown look of the original Wii and they went all out on a new and refurbished design. This new console also has a new small touchscreen controller to tag along with it offering new multiple innovative ways to play and offering a whole new game range for Nintendo to produce.
No Price for the console has been released by Nintendo but it seems the waiting will not be much longer as rumours say the release date is close to March the 31st 2012.
